Wild Heat Sauna officially launches the weekend of 18th–19th October at Luxborough Lake, Chigwell (IG7 5DF) in partnership with Be-Endurance.
Join us every winter weekend for lakeside sauna sessions to warm up, recover, and unwind in nature.
How to Book Your Sauna Session
To join our sauna sessions at Luxborough Lake, you’ll need to be a NOWCA member and use the Actio app to book.

Book Your Session – Once registered, search for Be-Endurance / Luxborough Lake (Venue 319) on the Actio app or book online here.
