   - Prone to fainting, dizziness, or any other health issues affected by heat exposure

2. Safe Stove Use

   - The stove, including stones and oven door, must not be touched at any time.

   - No items may be placed on or near the stove for any reason.

3. Personal Items & Attire

   - Jewelry, watches, and metal accessories must be removed to avoid heat burns.

   - Avoid applying creams, oils, or lotions prior to your session as these may clog pores and affect the sauna’s hygiene.

4. Food & Drink

   * Eating inside the sauna is not allowed.

   * Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited as they may cause dehydration, dizziness, or fainting.

   * It is recommended to avoid large meals before your sauna session.

5. Movement & Conduct

   - Take care when entering, exiting, or moving around; benches and floors may be slippery.

   - Do not pour water onto the stones if others are seated near the stove, as sudden steam bursts can cause burns.

6. Session Duration

   - For safety, remain in the sauna for no longer than 10–15 minutes per session.

   - Take breaks to cool down between sessions – stepping outside or using the buffer zone is recommended.

   - If you feel unwell, lightheaded, dizzy, or nauseous at any time, leave the sauna immediately and inform someone nearby.
